Habonim metal seated ball valves up to 400°C flanged Z78P are ball valves with a hybrid or metal seal for demanding high temperature applications. Each ball and seat assembly is precision machined, ground and then fitted for a perfect match.
For the range up to 400⁰C, both the ball and seat are treated with LPTN (Low Temperature Plasma carbo-Nitriding). LPTN is a cost-effective hardening system for austenitic stainless steels, providing a minimum thickness of 40 microns and more than three times (> 68HRC) the natural hardness of the base material. Thus, the ball valve can be used for applications up to 400°C and in sizes up to 2 1/2".

Application
The Habonim Z78P series is a metal seat ball valve designed specifically for applications under harsh conditions, including high temperatures and high pressures. With a temperature range of -60°C to 400°C and an operating pressure of up to 50 bar, this valve is ideal for demanding industrial sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical processing and energy production.
